EQUITY AS A SOURCE OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract

There is no area of law that does not have its origin and sometimes referred to as its source or sources. While it is easy to identify the source of municipal laws in form of parliamentary legislature that provides an international constitution to regulate inter governmental relations among nations nor is there any international court to which all members of the international community must compulsory submit.
