The need for quality assurance of lecturers in office technology and management programme in polytechnics.

Abstract

This paper examines The Need for Quality Assurance of Lecturers in Office Technology and Management (OTM) Programme in Nigerian Polytechnics. This study also examines the concepts of quality assurance, quality assurance issues in office technology and management. It is believed that good quality assurance will bring about good performance of lecturers in OTM. It was recommended among others that the Federal and State Governments should make fund for professional development of lecturers and provision of necessary materials that will bring quality assurance in OTM and lecturers of good quality should be employed.
