Abstract

In Nigeria restorative justice appears to be a myth for those who find themselves at the end of the tunnels of Nigerian prisons. it is almost clear that the Nigerian system is designed for a retributive justice system that does not see any flicker of hope for rehabilitation and recovery of the convicts.
